rushed welcome website promise
The welcome felt rushed. It's like they were eager to get me into the room ASAP. I thought I booked a New Year's Eve blast, according to the site. Instead, it was a regular night. Everything shut down early. Apparently, traditional outfits and all-night partying were promised, but they were a no-show. Total waste of money!

the resort integrates seamlessly with the natural landscape. i appreciated the spacious cottages and their design that allows them to blend effortlessly with the lush greenery. the peaceful ambiance was a refreshing change.
The resort is located about 4 km from the city center. It requires a bit of a drive.

staff members were lovely and helpful , and always ensured my needs were met promptly. reception staff were warm and cute, and made arrangements for activities. i found all staff to be very friendly.
